Nature's Glow is proudly based in Ontario, Canada. We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada via Canada Post.
Orders are handcrafted in small batches and typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.
Free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD before tax.
Due to the natural, hygienic nature of our skincare products, all cosmetic sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@naturesglow.ca with a photo and your order number, and we will make it right.
Once your order is handed to Canada Post, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. However, we're happy to help you file a claim or resolve the issue where possible.
